* Only 1 CPU is active(CPUS=1 One Core Fix, some might need to start the install dvd with cpus=1 boot option)
Fix for 1 CPU issue: download a modified bios, [http://www.osxcores.site50.net/product-1.htm] choose file 4CoreDual-SATA2 v2.10
After you flashed the bios, you can simply install it without the need of the cpus=1 One Core fix, and can use both(or more) cores of your cpu ;)
