This is a component level hardware compatibility list for pre-release versions of Apple's OS X El Capitan. As this is not the final release, compatibility may change throughout the builds, so please, do not rely on this list when buying hardware. It is for those who wish to share/experiment with pre-release versions of the OS. Add which parts you have working in the categories listed below, or create a new category. Please keep alphabetical order inside the categories. The categories themselves are ordered by popularity. Please list any caveats or problems as well.
- ONLY add hardware that you have TESTED. Don't add hardware just because you think it might work.
- Please add hardware into tables.
- This is for pre-release 10.11 builds only.

Installation notes:
- OS X 10.11 15A178w Install USB
- default bootloader is Clover 3215, second is chameleon after press 1, startup flags are set to kext-dev-mode=1, npci=0x2000, -v, rootless=0, nvda_drv=1 in clover configurator or boot clover.
- Video, for me work native Apple NVDANV50HalTesla, GeForceTesla and afferent kexts, or patch vbios and inject NVIDIA depending nvidia cards, I update CUDA driver to Version: 7.0.36 (not web driver install suported)
- In Clover Configurator ACPI tab fixes DSDT: display, hpet, hda, usb, sata, lpc, sbus, darwin; in New Way - deleteunused;
- Kernel and Kext patched must be Apple Rtc, Asus AICPUMP to startup via clover configurator or boot clover.
- Devices USB fix: inject and FixOwnership.
- Audio works using voodooHDA 287, ethernet using AppleIntelE1000e.kext work.
- Setting the SMBIOS profile to IMac 11,2 via clover configurator.
Working:
- Shutdown/Reboot/Sleep
- Graphics acceleration (2D/3D)
- All applications work fine with updates including Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Motion, Parallels, 3D games and the like, not work Yahoo Messenger (why Yahoo not make updates?).
Known issues:
i still testing, work good, some app is little slow, but is D.P. 1
