This is a hardware compatibility list for portable computers. We want to keep it as accurate as possible, but please, do not entirely rely on this list when buying a portable computer. Don't forget to add how you got OSx86 running on your portable x86 computer, and to use proper English. Please see the discussion page for proper instructions on how to input your system specs. Also, please contribute to the HCL 10.9.5 page, which should list a more granular view of compatibility. If your computer isn't listed, you should try it if you have a SSE2 or higher processor. Use vanilla kernel if it is supported.
- ONLY add hardware that you have TESTED. Don't add hardware just because you think it might work.
- Please add hardware into tables.
- This is for 10.9.5 builds only.

Note: Please add whether your device supports QE, Quartz Extreme, graphics. Try playing a movie with Quicktime Player.

- Install Method: OS X Install Mavericks 10.9.2 with Clover EFI Bootloader GUID Partition Tables
- Kernel: Vanilla 64-bit mach_kernel and extensions.
- Kexts: Need Kexts for Realtek81xx.kext (as Ethernet)
- Battery: working with ACPIBatteryManager.kext

- **** NOTES [ DELETE CUSTOM ENTRY ON CLOVER CONFIG.PLIST ]
- Partition Flashdisk to Guid Partition Tables > Drop OS X Install Mavericks.app to /Application > execute this command on terminal.app
sudo /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ Mavericks.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/UNTITLED --applicationpath /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ Mavericks.app --nointeraction
- Install Clover Bootloader click customize then checked "Installed to ESP partition" and check all DriverUEFI64 and Driver64
- Replace all kexts with the modified ESP Flashdisk Partition > /EFI/Clover/kexts/10.9 and DSDT to /EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched/ and config.plist to /EFI/Clover/
- After POST boot hit press spacebar to show clover boot theme then press spacebar and "Boot With Injected Kexts"
- Format the HDD in Disk Utility as "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)" and change the partition table to "GUID Partition Table"
- Install the system
- After Install Success, you can try reinstall Clover bootloader to HDD and install all kexts to /System/Library/Extensions/
- Enjoy the System! :)
