I didn't sucess by following the instructions. Any ideas?

Same here, XCode Tools 2.2 Preview. Fink fails to bootstrap because of gzip of all things! Can anyone confirm success on their configuration?

Have had success so far on the stable branch, but adding unstable, it fails for gettext.
