[edit] Removal

Hello,

same here. I'm not sure why you deleted those links. Could you please explain that? I'm not involved with those linked sites, but i editing this wiki quite often and trying to keep everything on its track.

DSDTSE: good tool for editing the DSDT, the app is in english, the site partially in spanish but this doesn't matter as you get the download link easily Video links on installation guide page: i see no limit for kind of guides posted (offcouse no illegal stuff). The user should choose which he likes best.

Actually i don't know which function you have, if you are the owner, sorry for editing, but hey, nobody else seems to be moderating here quite often. Only seen RPM here.

Can you fix this annoying . . . . . bug which is edited after each page saving or page preview?

Thanks!

I don't know who is doing the editing around here these days, but this place has always been inundated with people wanting to leverage it to promote their sites.. at one point a few years back we were doing nightly revert and ban on a certain group who would come in & redirect all the guides to their blog. To alleviate this, we assembled a wiki team... who did just the same, only promoting *their* material instead. The team was disbanded and the wiki locked.. the new owners came along & unlocked it, and now it's anybody's guess... The main problem is the quality of information has fallen drastically, I keep getting people doing stupid stuff with impossible hardware and then saying "but I read it on the wiki" and I come and check it. When I find material that is misleading, incorrect, or excessively linking to a single site I react. I don't spend much time here anymore as it's largely discredited as a source due to the endless factional/fictional user edits.

I hope this helps explain the situation.
